Bouffons!MTL 2016: Foodies Paradise

Have you left a comedy show at Place Des Arts recently and have said to yourself: “I NEED TO MANGIARE, I am very hungry!” Well, I have good news for you my friend, because just a block away from where all the main events take place for the Just For Laughs Festival is the perfect place to satiate your thirst and hunger!

The Bouffons!MTL is the largest open-air gastronomy village in North America, being the perfect place for all the Montreal and tourist foodies out there.

Located on Ste-Catherine Street West, between St-Urbain and Saint-Laurent, you will find village covered with sand, picnic tables, a boardwalk and colourful beach chairs giving you the feeling of an urban tropical beach.

The main guests chefs of this edition were Martin Juneau (La Montée de lait, Pastaga) and Michelin starred Carles Abellan (Tapas 24).

There is an extensive variety of restaurants invited to this edition for all preferences: vegan food, desserts, and anything you could possibly imagine. From gourmet tapas to a lemonade stand, to sushi and pulled pork sandwich, they have everything and there is no excuse to not check it out.
