Theatre Ste-Catherine Presents: Dave Merheje’s “Family Affairs” this March 1st
On Saturday March 1st Toronto comedian Dave Merheje will grace the Theatre Ste-Catherine stage in Montreal, QC with special guests Aisha Alfa, and Eman El-Husseini who will be hosting the show, and (a personal favorite of mine) hilarious comic Patrick Hakeem who will also be making an appearance that night.
The show is based around a series of funny and endearing stories that touch on topics such what it’s like being raised by a Lebanese father with unconventional parenting techniques, the all too familiar pains of high school and the embarrassment that comes with it, adulthood family life with a brother-in-law from Detroit and a culture clash of two families. The end result ends up being a unique and beautiful family dynamic a midst all of the chaos that life can throw at you.
Join Dave Merheje this March as he takes you on a journey into his past, he is sure to have you laughing, relating, emoting, and maybe even a little nostalgic all at once. This is a show you won’t want to miss out on! Bring your friends, your family, your significant others, and come on out to join the story-tellin’ fun.
The show starts at 8:30 PM and the price of tickets per person will be $10 in advance (plus fees) or $15 at the door. To purchase tickets you can visit the official website here. Theater Ste Catherine is located on 264 Ste. Catherine Est, Montreal, Quebec H2X 1L4
