This Saturday The Wiggle Room presents “Harlem Nights” Hosted by Beneatha Mann (A.k.a Tamara Brown ) This come on out and join the festivities as we hearken back to the heyday of the Jazz Era. Back to a time when the smoke-filled Juke-joints of Lennox Avenue teamed with talents like Josephine Baker, Billy Holiday and The Nicholas Brothers. Despite how cold it’s been lately, there’s nothing hotter than Harlem Nights. Headlining at the show that night will be Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière. It will also feature wonderful Burlesque artists Genie Emerald, Coco Framboise, and Lexxi Brown, local tap dance star Travis Knights, comedian Rodney Ramsey, jazz pianist Anthony Kennedy and more. The doors open at 7:30pm, and the show begins at 9pm. Ticket price pre-sale is $20 or if you’re purchasing a ticket at the door it’s $25.
The Wiggle Room venue is located on 3874 Blvd St. Laurent.
