Headlining Comedy/ Entertainment this Weekend in Montreal

This Saturday February 29th, The Wiggle Room celebrates their very first “Tiki Night” which will feature all sort of wonderful spectacles such as tantalizing hula girls, ripping surf rock, sailors, mermaids, and last but not least, RUM!
It’s basically an indoor beach party in the Winter, so what more could you really hope to ask for? Shake the Winter blues at this amazing venue this Saturday. You can expect bellydancing femme fatales from Cult of Yes, a dreamy Polynesian dance with Ethereal Tribal and Les Jumelles Chabot, some super saucy burlesque by Penny Romanoff, Torontonian Heather Labonté, and musical guests Victoria Laberge and Jesse Lund.

The event will take place from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Ticket’s are $20 pre-sale or $25 at the door.
This Friday February 28th Mobtreal presents “Featuring Fridays” at Parc des Princes. This Friday’s show will be hosted by Patrick Hakeem, and also making appearances on stage will be Jess Salomon, Darren Henwood, and Kevin Phaneuf.
*Mobtreal’s “Feature Fridays” comedy show takes place on the last Friday of every month. We put 3 comics who are well on their way to becoming the next big name in the Montreal comedy scene, if they aren’t already there. Chef Sebo will be cooking delicious food as well. Come check it out!
The show will start at 9:00pm and tickets are $10. The venue is located on 5293 Ave du Parc.

This Thursday February 27th to Saturday March 1st, The Comedy Nest presents headlining comedian Henry Phillips with special guests Tim Rabnett, Jeff Schouela, Eman El-Husseini, Jess Salomon, Matt Shury. You might remember Henry Philips from his appearances ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, HBO’s Funny as Hell, and his own Comedy Central special.
You can catch Tim Rabnett and Jeff Schouela at all three shows, with Eman El Husseini on the 27th, Jess Salomon on the 28th, and Matt Shury March 1st

This Thursday February 27th to Saturday March 1st ComedyWorks presents headlining comedian Glen Foster (AKA “That Canadian Guy”)
For those who may be unfamiliar, Glen Foster is a comical force to be reckoned with, as he has roughly 20+ years experience in the Canadian comedy circuit and has been seen performing on numerous television shows such as CBC’s “Comics”, “Comedy at Club 54″, and “The Mike Bullard Show”. He has also made six appearances at “Just for Laughs” as has had his own comedy special.
